We want you to be happy with HeatMap Baseball. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you with the request.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period, then your account reverts to the free tier. We do not automatically refund unused time on a cancelled subscription outside the 30-day window described above.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your Pro access may be paused while Paddle attempts to recover the payment. Once payment succeeds, Pro access is restored.
